New Developments
The Merrifield town center has finally broken ground on it's 31 acre planned town center. Edens and Advant, a South Carolina developer, has started development on the planned project slated for opening in the fall of 2012.
March 23, 2010: Childrens hospital leases 18,000 square feet at Merrifield Town Center Medical Campus.
Merrifield is the hottest medical market of it's close proximity to Fairfax Inova Hospital.
